I just wanted to say how impressed my husband and I are with Eye Center of Northern Colorado! From the receptionist like Heather who goes above and beyond to help their patients with whatever they need to the technicians who do the tests and especially Dr.Rains who is so caring with patients. We highly recommend all of them.

Dr Marske is always very patient and informative. His assistant Connor is a keeper. A 4th year student from Michigan. He spent so much time giving me information about the exam and listening to me.

Everyone in the Eye Center from the front office check-in to the provider and the exit staff were awesome. Friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable.
The doctors assistant was very educating. She explained things in my language so it all made sense. Dr. Foster was very pleasant and informative as well !

Appointment started on time. Everything went smoothly. Everybody was very professional and efficient.
This is a nice eye center. Wait times are totally reduced. Self check in is available now; the next available technician grabs your records and you are off to a great consult and fitting. Such a pleasant experience.
Dr Olsen , the Physician, was the best. But when I checked in KIM is unbelievable (the first person I met). She was sooooo Helpful. I had been given incorrect information on the driving rules KRISTA (not sure her title) came out and told the driving rule had changed and she was very sorry the info wasn’t texted to me. Kim/Krista made me very relaxed and ready to go in for surgery
I had a question about my bill that I had recently received, and was told that there is no one on site who can discuss that with me. The gal that I did talk to was very friendly and apologetic. It's not her fault they do off-site billing.
I am so grateful for the expertise of Dr Randall Smith. He saved my eye and vision from a traumatic accident. I find the staff to always be pleasant and efficient
Great appointment, I was taken care of during my appointment. Never felt rushed and always asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased.

A big shout out to Corina in the optical sept with her help on adjusting my dad's glasses. She offered suggestions and made adjustments until they were right. He is 93 and has hearing issues so her patience was greatly appreciated.
Felicia is incredible! Ask for her. She has helped me so much...I am to the point of wanting to get an eye removed after an e- bike accident and she gave me so many other solutions. She's awesome. As well as Caitlin, who helped accommodate my current glasses. Highly recommend this entire staff!
I have full confidence in the care i am receiving from Doctor Cotten. At 81 years with glaucoma what what could be more important concerning my sight.
I've had a lot of contact with Eye Center of Northern Colorado over the last 10 months. My wife and I have had cataracts removed from both eyes. The pre-care was absolutely wonderful and the surgeon, Dr. Smith, was detailed in his answers to our questions. The entire surgical team from front desk to helping leave the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. The after-care has been wonderful as well. My latest appointment was with Dr. Anderson for a 6 month checkup and she took the time at a busy facility to treat me like an individual and answered all questions. We couldn't be happier!
Dr. Randall Smith is an excellent ophthalmologist. I have been a patient of his for 14 years and have benefited enormously from his good care. He is kind and exacting in his assessments and treatments. He is highly regarded and well connected within his professional community. His staff is well trained in patient care. I recommend him.

The optician Mark at the Prospect adress facility is fantastic, always professional, knowledgeable, caring, fast and effective in the service he provides every time we have gone to him for assistance.
