I love the atmosphere and everyone is quite friendly and awesome customer service. Plus Doctor Cotten iz a "Boomshakalaka" "Bomb-Diggity" knowledgeable Doctor and He explained everything to Me about My situation. And He treated Me with the most upward respect. He actually spoke to Me and not spoke down to Me. So, if Yur looking for a down to earth place for Your Optical needz. The Eye Center of Northern Colorado on Precision Dr iz the place to be. So "U Betta Goe Getcha Self" set up 4 an appointment and They will take of the rest!!! Thank U for checking out this review and have a blessed rest of your day!!
I have been to the office on Prospect a number of times. Each and every time I found the entire staff to be prompt, professional, and courteous. I was there again today and the appointment was awesome. Dr. Rains is professional, personable and very professional and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank You

We’ve come here twice. The first time my son had something get stuck in his eye from the wind late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to see him last minute and take care of his eye. Yesterday we went again for something in my son’s eye from wind. We called hoping we could see a doctor even though it was Saturday evening. We were able to talk to the on call doctor within 10 minutes of leaving a message and went straight in to get his eye looked at, at 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. Both doctors were great, it was extremely easy to be seen during off hours, and I would highly recommend this office.
Nicolette has excellent customer service skills. She helped me choose frames that i really like and explained each option and the cost. I recommend her to anyone ordering glasses at this office.
Dr. Randall Smith and his staff were amazing for both of my cataract surgeries. On the days of my surgeries, everything went smoothly and so organized. Dr. Smith and his team were very helpful and took such good care of me. The whole process was so efficient and all done in a blink of an eye. They answered all my questions and reassured me throughout the whole process. Dr. Smith has taken care of many family members and friends. Please feel confident in choosing him and his team for your needs.
I had a great experience at the Eye Center. Lenny at the front desk made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. Rebecca was knowledgeable and charismatic, making the visit enjoyable, and Dr. Anderson took great care to ensure my prescription was accurate.
I had cataract surgery in both eyes one week apart from each other. Dr Smith performed both surgeries and they went perfectly. My cataracts removed and my distant vision has been corrected to 20/20 in both eyes! I have been extremely nearsighted for all my life and I have received the best gift ever - the ability to see perfectly for the first time in my life! Dr. Smith is a true professional and is a master at what he does! Everyone at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado are the absolute best. I am thankful they took such good care of my eyes and brought clarity into my life through these surgeries. I am still looking around in complete amazement! Thank you!!!
My husband needed vitrectomy and cataract surgery, we were referred to Dr. Crews. We highly recommend Dr. Crews! He took very good care of my husband. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Hubby is very happy with the results. Thank you to Dr. Crews and your staff!!
My experience with Dr. Randy Smith and the team at the Eye Center was outstanding. The practice is impressive in so many ways - they are organized, timely, professional and friendly. Dr. Smith is an outstanding eye surgeon - my results have been terrific.

For years I traveled to Denver to Colorado Retnia after wet macular degeneration was identified. I stayed with Dr. Curtis Hagedorn, a real wizard, but it became increasingly troublesome for me to make the trip. I decided to find local services and found EyeCenter of Northern Colorado at the suggestion of Dr. Hagedorn. The care and access has been instrumental in arresting the degenerative disease and yesterday the time between injection was lengthened to 9 weeks. For 5 years I dreaded the interocular injections but some technique used here makes them painless! I have great respect for the medical treatment and professionalism available locally in Northern Colorado. I would recommend the services offered to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Randall Smith for years. Until recently, I had only seen him for routine exams. Several years ago, he said I had cataracts developing. Recently one of my eyes became very blurry. I saw Dr. Smith and he said I had cataracts in both eyes and they had advanced. He did cataract surgery in both eyes and I am amazed at my vision now. Dr. Smith, his staff and surgery staff were all very friendly and comforting. Thank you to all of them!
We were in from out of town and needed help. They immediately took care of us and in a few hours, we had everything we needed. Great customer service.
My experience was fantastic. I had ICL surgery and a slight Lasik touch up on my left eye with Dr. Smith and couldn't be happier with the result. I feel like my vision isn't something I think about at all anymore, and I'm so happy to not wear my contacts. Through the whole process I felt like I was in excellent hands. Dr Smith with knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The office staff were always kind and respectful as well. Before choosing Eye Center of Northern Colorado, I had seen two other places to decide where I was going to go. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend them.
Dr Karl Olson was outstanding from beginning to end!!! I am almost 80 but he made me feel like 60. His staff and all the appointments were worth every mile for the appointments. My husband and I were treated with respect and care letting us know what to do and expect. Thank you for such care! I would give him a 10+!
I recently saw Dr Smith for cataract surgery. I had a difficult situation with an astigmatism. He was clear with his communication to me, understood the situation, confident in his recommendation, and the outcome was 5 star. The entire surgical process (from initial visit to pre-op, surgery, and after surgery appts) was effective, efficient, and well executed. The staff at the eye center were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would strongly recommend Dr Smith and the eye center.
Dr. Smith was great. He explained everything in detail prior to my cataract surgery. The surgical team and the Nurse Anesthetist were all very pleasant and competent. The surgical experience on both eyes went very smoothly. Extremely happy with Dr. Smith’s expertise and my results!
My cararact surgery was very successful! I paid extra for the LASIK correction of my astigmatism and now my vision is better than 20/20. I’m very pleased with the expertise and care I received from Dr Randall Smith.
I very recently had a procedure done here and I can tell you i was impressed. It went so smoothly from check-in, preop, procedure, to discharge I got home and wondered if the events had even taken place. I believe my anesthesiologist’s name was Kim and i also believeshe held my hand the entire time. The preop nurses, Katelyn (sp) and Cory had my leads hooked up and the IV in within seconds. Dr. Reistad was spot on and had the procedure done before the heated blanket cooled! This place is awesome.
I customarily visit the office at 1701 61st Ave in Greeley. I have seen (pun intended) several of their doctors over the years and they're all great and they care. I highly recommend this group!

I got LASIK eye surgery at the Loveland location in December 2025. From the initial consultation and eye exam to the procedure with Dr. Foster to the pre-op and post-op appointments, everything has been a phenomenal experience. I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice with my vision - I only have 2 eyes, after all! I had consultations at other facilities around and went with this eye center due to their knowledge, thoroughness, care, and transparency. I have felt so taken care of every step of the way, and every single staff member I've interacted with has been so kind, knowledgeable, informative, and transparent with me. I especially appreciated the transparent and honest communication around the possibility for halos and/or glare in my night vision due to my larger pupil size. That transparency let me know that would be working with providers with honesty, knowledge, and integrity, which was the moment I decided to go forward with the procedure with Eye Center of Northern Colorado. The actual procedure was such a great experience from beginning to end. Kim at the front desk, Dr. Foster, and all of the nurses and staff were so kind, encouraging, and professional. They even made sure to play my song of choice in the background for me during the surgery. I am so grateful to Dr. Foster and the team for giving me my vision back. My results have been phenomenal. I would recommend laser eye surgery at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado to anyone who is interested in an alternative to glasses or contacts. THANK YOU DR. FOSTER AND TEAM! ♥️

I have been very happy with the care I get at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado. Doctor Gange and his staff are the best and they provide excellent care. They are very busy on eye shot days but they always take time to answer any questions I have and explain things to in a way that I understand. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Dr Marske and Emily spent an exceptional amount of time tweaking my contact lense prescription. I needed to change lenses prior to cataract surgery and they worked with my surgeon to achieve an outstanding result. I appreciate their patience and outstanding service.
I've been here before & been very happy with my glasses. I think $80.00 is very high especially when his student did it all. I will not be able to book any future do to this. So 😞
I recently had my Cataract surgery here with Dr. Cotten. I am very impressed with the quality of care I have received from everyone who works there. Great place! I would highly recommend this practice. And also the Loveland and Centerra offices too. Been a patient for almost 3 years.
Skylar was awesome. She took the time to explain in detail why the symptoms were occuring. She went back over the history of my issues and put me completely at ease. After the through exam she gave me advice on what I can do help with the issues and a new prescription for long distance vision. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything! Jim

This was one of the most efficient appointments I’ve had in years. Not only that, the staff was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. I don’t remember the tech (soon to be Dr) that did my eye exam, but she was friendly, thorough and definitely an asset to the practice. I wasn’t aware I was see another physician, I was expecting to see Dr Randall Smith. So when the front desk told me I was seeing someone else, I gringed. But, I pleasantly surprised to have someone who took time to introduce himself, carefully checked my test results and didn’t seem to be so rushed.

The office is always overflowing and busy...but staff is efficient and friendly...I feel like my eyes are in "good hands"!
Got me in with no notice. I had a potential. Eye emergency... I have been. patient at both campuses and have never felt like the doctor or the assistant did not know what they were doing.
