Very pleased with Dr R. Smith and the staff at Eye Center of NO CO. My cataract surgery went well with no problems. Thumbs up for returning my vision. They are the best!
On the day of my appointment on June 2, 2026 the Eye Center was doing a computer program switch over. While there was a line at the door at 7:45 in the morning the staff there did a wonderful job and working as fast as they could to get everyone accommodated. A special thank you to Jessica B. for The attention that she paid particularly to myself while we were checking in, as well as checking out.. Dr. A Smith did a fantastic job as did her Crew on that busy day. I could not have asked for more on this particular challenging day, thank you very much.
Byron DeSaint made choosing new frames and measuring for new lenses a very positive experience. He was impressive in so many ways - he was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Ask for Byron at Eye Center of Northern Colorado and you won’t be disappointed.
Leo was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She helped me make choices for my specific situation. I will likely be back to purchase the new lenses she recommended.

I had my first appointment at the Eye Ctr of NoCo in Loveland. From the time I walked in, to the thorough exam with Trey, and my final exam with Dr. Melton, I felt totally respected, and was given an amazing experience. Questions were asked and answered, and I was at total ease with the entire experience. I'm so happy that I chose The Eye Ctr of NoCo for my exam. It was a great experience and I look forward to the next exam.
Byron DeSaint help me with the order for my prescription glasses, he was so very helpful and knowledgeable made things much easier to understand with the different options. Thanks Byron for being so helpful.

Dr.Arnold and his staff did an amazing job with my son Jaxon. Especially Heather at the front desk. She took time updating my son’s account and getting us all squared away. Very friendly staff, and always so helpful. Highly recommended!!!🤩
My daughter had a great visit at the Eye Center today. Everyone we encountered was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly from Caleb, Dr. Marsky and Courtney the Care Manager. She went above and beyond trying to schedule us an appointment that fit our time frame and requests!!

Given The entire staff has new software, that is having to adapt to a new improvement, I would commend them for good Customer service and willingness to make conversation. First point of public contact was Linda; she really looked after me. I have no complaints from the front desk all the way back to the nurse, the doctor, and back to Linda. If I have any complaints, it’s because so many people in my age group are moving into town and it’s taking longer to get an appointment. Eye Center and the City of Ft. Collins both have a good reputation; we’re now having to confront that conundrum.
Every person in the process was exceptional in courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness of my exam. Reception check in, Julia’s eye exam testing, metrics was extremely thorough and she explained each test and answered all my questions. Lee at checkout explained insurance possible outcomes with reimbursement Dr. Posnik (sp?) was great with all the same attributes described above. Doc was very explanatory and made sure I understood his recommendations and analysis of my cataracts etc etc. I highly recommend this group. Brent
Dr Poznic and his staff provided me a very comprehensive exam. I have a number of age related issues and they provided me with a good exam and discussion/recommendations. I left feeling good about my care.
I have been going to The Eye Center of Northern Colorado since the 80s, and they’ve always been great. Yesterday, they went up a notch when I had an appointment with Dr Marske. He and Liam were amazing! Extremely thorough and they never seemed in a rush. My prescription was tweaked just a little bit, but it made a huge difference in how well I could see; incredible!
Dr. Kirkpatrick is a whole new Doctor/healer after sabbatical down under. More relaxed-more caring. The entire staff seems to mirror him in there Professionalism and attitude.
Dr. Saldivia is the best- knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. The entire team here went above and beyond from the front desk team to Byron at the optical center. All in all, a great experience.

I have seen Dr. Alex Smith extensively (> 10 times) for post-op care following retinal surgery. She is a great doctor and a great person as well. Excellent care and treatment throughout. She's also on time for my appointments which seems to be rare in this field. Today I got the "all clear" that I am fully healed, I will honestly miss seeing her!
Excellent tech - 1st time in q long time, pressure test was successful with out falling back on 2nd tool. And Dr. Smith was great as always.

From the front desk at check-in to being wheelchaired to my car after the surgery, everybody was professional and allowed me to feel relaxed. I had zero pain and and just enough happy juice that I was fully alert when I headed home.

Dr. Cotten iz a "Boomshakalaka" Awesome Doc!!! Iz very knowledgeable, pleasant, nice, informative and He respects U 2 talk 2 U instead of at U becauze Hez very sincere and concerning at wat He doez!!! I went 2 the Emergency Room at the Medical Center of Rockies on a Friday nite because My Eyez were bothering Me and waz the Eye Doc on call. And because of My conditions of My vision. He requested Me to see Him the following morning at His Clinic @ The Eye Center of Northern Colorado in Fort Collins on 3151 Precision Dr. And thatz when He diagnozed Me with a type of an advanced Cataracts in both eyez. And right I'm waiting to get scheduled for surgery in both eyez. I will certainly keep "Yall" posted. "Yez N Deedy" So with all that in mind because of Dr. Cotten and the staff at The Eye Center of Northern Colorado are "Dah Bomb-Diggity" "Off Dah Chain"!!!!!! And if Yah need a Awesome place 2 take care of U and Yur Eyez??? This iz dah place 2 go set up an appointment for a consult and get Yah Eyez checked out. U won't regret it!!!!!! I love the atmosphere and everyone is quite friendly and awesome customer service. Plus Doctor Cotten iz a "Boomshakalaka" "Bomb-Diggity" knowledgeable Doctor and He explained everything to Me about My situation. And He treated Me with the most upward respect. He actually spoke to Me and not spoke down to Me. So, if Yur looking for a down to earth place for Your Optical needz. The Eye Center of Northern Colorado on Precision Dr iz the place to be. So "U Betta Goe Getcha Self" set up 4 an appointment and They will take of the rest!!! Thank U for checking out this review and have a blessed rest of your day!!
I have been to the office on Prospect a number of times. Each and every time I found the entire staff to be prompt, professional, and courteous. I was there again today and the appointment was awesome. Dr. Rains is professional, personable and very professional and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank You

We’ve come here twice. The first time my son had something get stuck in his eye from the wind late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to see him last minute and take care of his eye. Yesterday we went again for something in my son’s eye from wind. We called hoping we could see a doctor even though it was Saturday evening. We were able to talk to the on call doctor within 10 minutes of leaving a message and went straight in to get his eye looked at, at 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. Both doctors were great, it was extremely easy to be seen during off hours, and I would highly recommend this office.
Nicolette has excellent customer service skills. She helped me choose frames that i really like and explained each option and the cost. I recommend her to anyone ordering glasses at this office.
Dr. Randall Smith and his staff were amazing for both of my cataract surgeries. On the days of my surgeries, everything went smoothly and so organized. Dr. Smith and his team were very helpful and took such good care of me. The whole process was so efficient and all done in a blink of an eye. They answered all my questions and reassured me throughout the whole process. Dr. Smith has taken care of many family members and friends. Please feel confident in choosing him and his team for your needs.
I had a great experience at the Eye Center. Lenny at the front desk made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. Rebecca was knowledgeable and charismatic, making the visit enjoyable, and Dr. Anderson took great care to ensure my prescription was accurate.
I had cataract surgery in both eyes one week apart from each other. Dr Smith performed both surgeries and they went perfectly. My cataracts removed and my distant vision has been corrected to 20/20 in both eyes! I have been extremely nearsighted for all my life and I have received the best gift ever - the ability to see perfectly for the first time in my life! Dr. Smith is a true professional and is a master at what he does! Everyone at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado are the absolute best. I am thankful they took such good care of my eyes and brought clarity into my life through these surgeries. I am still looking around in complete amazement! Thank you!!!
