Checking in and checking out was very efficient even though they were having some computer issues. Love my doc Alexander Smith. She is very personable and knowledgeable.
Dr.Arnold explained the problem with my eye better than anyone I have been too. I was really happy when I left there !.
Dr. Kirkpatrick is a whole new Doctor/healer after sabbatical down under. More relaxed-more caring. The entire staff seems to mirror him in there Professionalism and attitude.
My cataract consultation couldn’t have been better. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My wait times were brief and each person I dealt with was great.

Because I have so much astigmatism, after cataract surgery about five years ago, I’ve had trouble getting prescription glasses that work for me. The people at the Center of Northern Colorado have been more than helpful, and especially Gary (And his replacement while he was on vacation) in the optical department in Greeley. I had gotten glasses there prior and appreciate your kindness and concern for myself and for my 88-year-old sister, who regularly needs her glasses readjusted after bending them out of shape. Highly recommend both the doctors and the optical department.
The medical records staff was very efficient and HELPFUL! A PLEASURE dealing with them! Now, my actual eye appointment was NOT as good! They are way too busy !! The techs were good...and Dr. RAINS was nice and thorough, but I felt a bit RUSHED considering how LONG I had to wait to see him. When it's that BUSY, you can't help to feel RUSHED! I could sense the Dr. felt rushed too. I never got my eye report...i had to call medical records the next day. Thank you... Susan Cagle

Mark Johnson, an optician at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado, did a really good job fixing a pair of prescription sunglasses. He was quick, polite, and did a good job describing what was wrong. No charge. The folks at this clinic have always been stellar.
The most throughly, exceptional eyes exam that I have ever had. Everyone in the office are treating me with respect and kindness, this Eyes Care Center in Fort Collins is very large and c super clean.

Easy check in process. Out within an hour and eyes dilated. Easy to find location. Dr Anderson is easy to talk to and knowledgeable.

I am so blessed to have gotten to see Dr. Arnold. His knowledge is experience. He’s absolutely amazing and then Leo and optical was able to take care of me and let me tell you just incredible. Leo was so kind so caring I’m very grateful.
The tec who did most of the testing talked to me all the way through and made the testing easier to get through. The doctor took the time to talk to me and answered my questions. Chantelle in optical was a pleasure to work with. I got the glasses I wanted at a very good price.
John at the front desk in Greeley was very helpful, kind and courteous. It's always a joy to talk with him! He checked us in, checked us out, scheduled our next appointments with ease. Dr Cotten and Dr Gange are both very personable, take time to explain everything and have always given us options to make the process a little less expensive while keeping our health a priority.
He is the best the doctor I have! He is always on time, answers all my questions and has great bedside manners. He does have a good handshake

Got in quickly & got checked out. Everyone was very friendly & enjoyable to work with. Unlike the last time I had an appointment where I waited for 1 1/2 hrs before I got to see anyone. I enjoy my appointments here & normally they're quick & on top of things but last time was a nitemare I almost didn't go back this time. Glad I did. Thank you Dr Melton & staff. Thank you to Mark Johnson at the Eye Center for being so helpful and patient with me while I picked out glasses and sunglasses. Often I have felt hurried and even a bit belittled at eye glass centers, but not so with Mark. He offered advice and suggestions that really narrowed down my search. Thank you!
