I saw Dr. Korotkin because the vision in my right eye was getting worse quickly. I had a macular "wrinkle". He is great. He answered all my questions about the the condition and what could be done to treat and chances of success or possible complications. He was great during surgery. I was very comfortable, no pain during or after surgery and he was communicative during the surgery. I've been a physician assistant for 25 years. I've sent patients to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado for years and I'm very glad I did! They always accommodated when may patients needed to get in. I would recommend Dr. Korotkin to anyone needing a retina specialist. If the Fort Collins office turns you off because its so big, try the Loveland office. Great experiences with Dr. Raines, Marske and Kirkpatrick. The office staff however has tried to overcharge me more than once. I actually had to get a refund years ago. My Kaiser Medicare advantage says 0 copay for routine eye exam (which should generally also include refraction). But they insist on me paying $20 upfront. - not a huge deal- but today also tried to ding me for an additional $80 for the refraction. Since I'm wise to their ignorance about what my coverage is, I declined and said "bill Kaiser". They also assume you want to trot right over to get a glasses prescription filled on the spot. Uh nope. So- nice docs and assistants - poor knowledge on the part of office staff.

The staff, nurses, and doctors are all very kind and caring.

Dr. Arnold is amazing. So much respect for his knowledge and the anesthesia doctor.

Excellent experience at Dr. Foster's office. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Foster explained my procedure and options clearly and answered all my questions.

Well I’ve reached that stage of life where I need things done with no choice on my part. The ECNC was a recommended to me from my eye doctor as to “where to go” for this procedure. My experience to this point is that the staff and the surgeon are pleasant, attentive, professional and reassuring. Not sure you could ask for anything more. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is deciding where to get their eye issues addressed.

They were a little Slow

I had my first cataract Surgery yesterday. My Nurses were STEVE and ALLISON !!! They were the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They were professional, funny and put me at ease. Excellent NURSES!! Thank you both !

Dr Crews is amazing. He did cataract and Victrecemy surgery on both eyes. My vision is great! Night driving is easy and I enjoy reading again. The procedures, as brutal as they sound, amazingly, were not at all unpleasant.

There is always a wait and that is FINE with me!!!!! Dr Crews is saving my eye sight! Waiting is fine because I can still see!!!!

Dr. Kikpatrick helped me through the loss of vision in one of my eyes. I am so very grateful to him.

Well, as an old man who wears his glasses constantly, I really didn't like it when my glasses snapped literally in half last Friday afternoon! I noticed that the Eye Center of Northern Colorado out at Centerra was open on Saturday. I called Friday and a delightful young lady named Andrea picked up the phone and after checking she thought they might have a frame that the lenses would fit in. I got there at 8 am on Saturday - the lenses fit, and the original frame was ordered at what seemed to be a reasonable price and we'll swap everything back when the new frame comes in. This was service that exceeded my expectations and got me back in action without any worries or inconvenience. I was VERY grateful for the cheerful and happy service!

Great experience! Dr. Nelson performed my diabetic exam and answered all my questions. I am very pleased. The new facility is also very nice - but beware, the office is on the first floor just as you enter building A.

A great group of eye care specialists. ECNC has really improved office protocols and customer service over the last few years. However, it is now almost impossible to see my optometrist in less than 4 months. They use a scheduling service, and it must be understaffed, because talking to a scheduler usually requires a very long wait.

The Eye Center has always been a great place for for keeping up with eye care for my family and I Highly recommend you visit them.

I had my eye exam today with Dr. Kelly Crews, she is an optometrist there and did a phenomenal job. She made sure my eyes had no problems or conditions, and did a thorough examination. I have nothing but good words for the Eye Center - From checking in with Mercedes and checking out with Ashlee at the Front Desk, they treated me like family and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend them!

I had the BEST treatment and service with Dr. Crews and his wonderful staff! I had to have an extensive eye surgery and Dr. Crews was Knowledgeable, highly skilled and incredibly talented. My eye is great now! I highly recommend this wonderful, kind, organized and skilled Eye Center and Crew!

I have not been in for 10 years, but the process of getting a person checked in seeing the doctor and the wait time has significantly improved. Not to mention the new doctor that I met, Dr. Kirkpatrick , was excellent, and was very thorough and provided a lot of clarity to his explanations.

Every experience with the Eye Center is excellent. Each location is very nice and well-maintained. Their staff is outstanding, from the front desk to the technicians, the opticians and the doctors. Our experience has been with Dr Saldivia and Dr Cecil and we keep coming back. This is our go-to practice for eye care.

Unlike a lot of other posts I read before my appointment here, my experience was incredibly positive. Very professional and prompt by the whole staff. Glad I came and I will continue to use this office.

I have been with the Eye Center for 45 years now and I’ve never had a problem with anyone. This is a great place and I have always been able to get in when I needed to.

Wait times were pretty long. However when Dr. Mahaney got to us he explained everything about a recent eye surgery in as much depth and detail as we asked for. In a way we could easily understand, too. We left with a confident understanding of our situation and that made the wait times worth it for me.

Hi can anyone give me a recommendation of someone at the Prospect location that can assist in picking out the perfect frame?

I am not a patient but rather an observer. I took my close friend in for a procedure today. I have to give high praise to Katelyn at the front desk. Beyond professional, courteous, polite and she explained everything to my friend with concise and clear communication. The rest of the front desk staff were also very impressive. The location was very welcoming and clean. I know where I will book in the future. Thank you for taking great care of my dear friend.

Not sure why everyone is complaining about wait times, the clients who asks tons of questions are the reason people have to wait, not the office’s fault! Have had a good experience here every time.
