Our roots date back to 1916, and we continue to expand as Northern Colorado develops. We see patients at five locations in Fort Collins as well as in satellite offices in Eastern Colorado, Arvada, and Wyoming. Given The entire staff has new software, that is having to adapt to a new improvement, I would commend them for good Customer service and willingness to make conversation. First point of public contact was Linda; she really looked after me. I have no complaints from the front desk all the way back to the nurse, the doctor, and back to Linda. If I have any complaints, it’s because so many people in my age group are moving into town and it’s taking longer to get an appointment. Eye Center and the City of Ft. Collins both have a good reputation; we’re now having to confront that conundrum.
Every person in the process was exceptional in courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness of my exam. Reception check in, Julia’s eye exam testing, metrics was extremely thorough and she explained each test and answered all my questions. Lee at checkout explained insurance possible outcomes with reimbursement Dr. Posnik (sp?) was great with all the same attributes described above. Doc was very explanatory and made sure I understood his recommendations and analysis of my cataracts etc etc. I highly recommend this group. Brent
Dr Poznic and his staff provided me a very comprehensive exam. I have a number of age related issues and they provided me with a good exam and discussion/recommendations. I left feeling good about my care.
I have been going to The Eye Center of Northern Colorado since the 80s, and they’ve always been great. Yesterday, they went up a notch when I had an appointment with Dr Marske. He and Liam were amazing! Extremely thorough and they never seemed in a rush. My prescription was tweaked just a little bit, but it made a huge difference in how well I could see; incredible!
Dr. Kirkpatrick is a whole new Doctor/healer after sabbatical down under. More relaxed-more caring. The entire staff seems to mirror him in there Professionalism and attitude.
Dr. Saldivia is the best- knowledgeable, communicative, and thorough. The entire team here went above and beyond from the front desk team to Byron at the optical center. All in all, a great experience.

I have seen Dr. Alex Smith extensively (> 10 times) for post-op care following retinal surgery. She is a great doctor and a great person as well. Excellent care and treatment throughout. She's also on time for my appointments which seems to be rare in this field. Today I got the "all clear" that I am fully healed, I will honestly miss seeing her!
Excellent tech - 1st time in q long time, pressure test was successful with out falling back on 2nd tool. And Dr. Smith was great as always.
