Our roots date back to 1916, and we continue to expand as Northern Colorado develops. We see patients at five locations in Fort Collins as well as in satellite offices in Eastern Colorado, Arvada, and Wyoming. Bryon was wonderful to work with! He was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain to me what he was doing regarding the adjustment to the fit of my eyeglasses. I hope to work with him again at the optical center!
I saw Dr Emily Smith for my exam on 10-22. This was by far the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. She identified cataracts in both eyes and made a referral. She was professional throughout and especially treated her scribe, Trey, with great respect. On a separate administrative note, I’m really disappointed that everything at the Eye Center is now being input on an iPad. I understand the value of the immediacy of the updates across the network, but I know what a struggle it is to try to peck on a screen keyboard to type. It makes me nervous as a patient to be confident that all my critical data is input correctly. I would at least suggest providing a physical keyboard for all employees. The medical care is awesome - confidence in your system could be better.
