This is a nice eye center. Wait times are totally reduced. Self check in is available now; the next available technician grabs your records and you are off to a great consult and fitting. Such a pleasant experience.
Dr Olsen , the Physician, was the best. But when I checked in KIM is unbelievable (the first person I met). She was sooooo Helpful. I had been given incorrect information on the driving rules KRISTA (not sure her title) came out and told the driving rule had changed and she was very sorry the info wasn’t texted to me. Kim/Krista made me very relaxed and ready to go in for surgery
Great appointment, I was taken care of during my appointment. Never felt rushed and always asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased.
Super good service, the staff was very friendly and explained all the tests I was given. Dr. Smith performed my cataract surgery with expertise and answered all my questions in ways I can understand. I recommend Dr. Smith for anyone that needs cataract surgery, 5 stars for the Eye Center.
Felicia is incredible! Ask for her. She has helped me so much...I am to the point of wanting to get an eye removed after an e- bike accident and she gave me so many other solutions. She's awesome. As well as Caitlin, who helped accommodate my current glasses. Highly recommend this entire staff!
I have full confidence in the care i am receiving from Doctor Cotten. At 81 years with glaucoma what what could be more important concerning my sight.
