Our roots date back to 1916, and we continue to expand as Northern Colorado develops. We see patients at five locations in Fort Collins as well as in satellite offices in Eastern Colorado, Arvada, and Wyoming. In each location and throughout the communities we serve, we’re dedicated to supporting your vision goals and increasing access to specialty eye care across Northern Colorado.

Everyone in the Eye Center from the front office check-in to the provider and the exit staff were awesome. Friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable.

This is a nice eye center. Wait times are totally reduced. Self check in is available now; the next available technician grabs your records and you are off to a great consult and fitting. Such a pleasant experience.
Dr Olsen , the Physician, was the best. But when I checked in KIM is unbelievable (the first person I met). She was sooooo Helpful. I had been given incorrect information on the driving rules KRISTA (not sure her title) came out and told the driving rule had changed and she was very sorry the info wasn’t texted to me. Kim/Krista made me very relaxed and ready to go in for surgery
I am so grateful for the expertise of Dr Randall Smith. He saved my eye and vision from a traumatic accident. I find the staff to always be pleasant and efficient
