Checking in and checking out was very efficient even though they were having some computer issues. Love my doc Alexander Smith. She is very personable and knowledgeable.

On the day of my appointment on June 2, 2026 the Eye Center was doing a computer program switch over. While there was a line at the door at 7:45 in the morning the staff there did a wonderful job and working as fast as they could to get everyone accommodated. A special thank you to Jessica B. for The attention that she paid particularly to myself while we were checking in, as well as checking out.. Dr. A Smith did a fantastic job as did her Crew on that busy day. I could not have asked for more on this particular challenging day, thank you very much.
I have seen Dr. Alex Smith extensively (> 10 times) for post-op care following retinal surgery. She is a great doctor and a great person as well. Excellent care and treatment throughout. She's also on time for my appointments which seems to be rare in this field. Today I got the "all clear" that I am fully healed, I will honestly miss seeing her!
Excellent tech - 1st time in q long time, pressure test was successful with out falling back on 2nd tool. And Dr. Smith was great as always.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes one week apart from each other. Dr Smith performed both surgeries and they went perfectly. My cataracts removed and my distant vision has been corrected to 20/20 in both eyes! I have been extremely nearsighted for all my life and I have received the best gift ever - the ability to see perfectly for the first time in my life! Dr. Smith is a true professional and is a master at what he does! Everyone at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado are the absolute best. I have been a patient of Dr. Randall Smith for years. Until recently, I had only seen him for routine exams. Several years ago, he said I had cataracts developing. Recently one of my eyes became very blurry. I saw Dr. Smith and he said I had cataracts in both eyes and they had advanced. He did cataract surgery in both eyes and I am amazed at my vision now.
