I saw Dr Emily Smith for my exam on 10-22. This was by far the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. She identified cataracts in both eyes and made a referral. She was professional throughout and especially treated her scribe, Trey, with great respect. On a separate administrative note, I’m really disappointed that everything at the Eye Center is now being input on an iPad. I understand the value of the immediacy of the updates across the network, but I know what a struggle it is to try to peck on a screen keyboard to type. It makes me nervous as a patient to be confident that all my critical data is input correctly. I would at least suggest providing a physical keyboard for all employees. The medical care is awesome - confidence in your system could be better.

I had the pleasure of having met and been treated by Dr Alexandra Smith who was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Smith explained every procedure and findings to me and I never felt hesitant to ask any pertinent questions. The facility is well run and maintained beautifully with a professional front office staff.

I have been a client of the Eye Center of Northern Colorado for quite a number of years. I have had cataract surgery by Dr. Randall Smith, and have been his patient for several years since then. I find him to be honest and forthright in my prospects for good vision, and very honest about the surgeries that I just am not able to have. These are due to the condition of my eyes at this point in my life. While it’s a very busy practice, I do feel that medically I get good care here and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs good Eye care in Northern Colorado.

I've had a lot of contact with Eye Center of Northern Colorado over the last 10 months. My wife and I have had cataracts removed from both eyes. The pre-care was absolutely wonderful and the surgeon, Dr. Smith, was detailed in his answers to our questions. The entire surgical team from front desk to helping leave the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. The after-care has been wonderful as well. My latest appointment was with Dr. Anderson for a 6 month checkup and she took the time at a busy facility to treat me like an individual and answered all questions. We couldn't be happier!

Dr. Randall Smith is an excellent ophthalmologist. I have been a patient of his for 14 years and have benefited enormously from his good care. He is kind and exacting in his assessments and treatments. He is highly regarded and well connected within his professional community. His staff is well trained in patient care. I recommend him.
