The medical records staff was very efficient and HELPFUL! A PLEASURE dealing with them! Now, my actual eye appointment was NOT as good! They are way too busy !! The techs were good...and Dr. RAINS was nice and thorough, but I felt a bit RUSHED considering how LONG I had to wait to see him. When it's that BUSY, you can't help to feel RUSHED! I could sense the Dr. felt rushed too. I never got my eye report...i had to call medical records the next day. Thank you... Susan Cagle
