We were in from out of town and needed help. They immediately took care of us and in a few hours, we had everything we needed. Great customer service.
My experience was fantastic. I had ICL surgery and a slight Lasik touch up on my left eye with Dr. Smith and couldn't be happier with the result. I feel like my vision isn't something I think about at all anymore, and I'm so happy to not wear my contacts. Through the whole process I felt like I was in excellent hands. Dr Smith with knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The office staff were always kind and respectful as well. Before choosing Eye Center of Northern Colorado, I had seen two other places to decide where I was going to go. I'm very happy with my choice and highly recommend them.
Dr Karl Olson was outstanding from beginning to end!!! I am almost 80 but he made me feel like 60. His staff and all the appointments were worth every mile for the appointments. My husband and I were treated with respect and care letting us know what to do and expect. Thank you for such care! I would give him a 10+!
I recently saw Dr Smith for cataract surgery. I had a difficult situation with an astigmatism. He was clear with his communication to me, understood the situation, confident in his recommendation, and the outcome was 5 star. The entire surgical process (from initial visit to pre-op, surgery, and after surgery appts) was effective, efficient, and well executed. The staff at the eye center were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would strongly recommend Dr Smith and the eye center.
Dr. Smith was great. He explained everything in detail prior to my cataract surgery. The surgical team and the Nurse Anesthetist were all very pleasant and competent. The surgical experience on both eyes went very smoothly. Extremely happy with Dr. Smith’s expertise and my results!
My cararact surgery was very successful! I paid extra for the LASIK correction of my astigmatism and now my vision is better than 20/20. I’m very pleased with the expertise and care I received from Dr Randall Smith.
I very recently had a procedure done here and I can tell you i was impressed. It went so smoothly from check-in, preop, procedure, to discharge I got home and wondered if the events had even taken place. I believe my anesthesiologist’s name was Kim and i also believeshe held my hand the entire time. The preop nurses, Katelyn (sp) and Cory had my leads hooked up and the IV in within seconds. Dr. Reistad was spot on and had the procedure done before the heated blanket cooled! This place is awesome.
I customarily visit the office at 1701 61st Ave in Greeley. I have seen (pun intended) several of their doctors over the years and they're all great and they care. I highly recommend this group!

I got LASIK eye surgery at the Loveland location in December 2025. From the initial consultation and eye exam to the procedure with Dr. Foster to the pre-op and post-op appointments, everything has been a phenomenal experience. I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice with my vision - I only have 2 eyes, after all! I had consultations at other facilities around and went with this eye center due to their knowledge, thoroughness, care, and transparency. I have felt so taken care of every step of the way, and every single staff member I've interacted with has been so kind, knowledgeable, informative, and transparent with me. I especially appreciated the transparent and honest communication around the possibility for halos and/or glare in my night vision due to my larger pupil size. That transparency let me know that would be working with providers with honesty, knowledge, and integrity, which was the moment I decided to go forward with the procedure with Eye Center of Northern Colorado. The actual procedure was such a great experience from beginning to end. Kim at the front desk, Dr. Foster, and all of the nurses and staff were so kind, encouraging, and professional. They even made sure to play my song of choice in the background for me during the surgery. I am so grateful to Dr. Foster and the team for giving me my vision back. My results have been phenomenal. I would recommend laser eye surgery at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado to anyone who is interested in an alternative to glasses or contacts. THANK YOU DR. FOSTER AND TEAM! ♥️

I have been very happy with the care I get at the Eye Center of Northern Colorado. Doctor Gange and his staff are the best and they provide excellent care. They are very busy on eye shot days but they always take time to answer any questions I have and explain things to in a way that I understand. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Dr Marske and Emily spent an exceptional amount of time tweaking my contact lense prescription. I needed to change lenses prior to cataract surgery and they worked with my surgeon to achieve an outstanding result. I appreciate their patience and outstanding service.
I've been here before & been very happy with my glasses. I think $80.00 is very high especially when his student did it all. I will not be able to book any future do to this. So 😞
I recently had my Cataract surgery here with Dr. Cotten. I am very impressed with the quality of care I have received from everyone who works there. Great place! I would highly recommend this practice. And also the Loveland and Centerra offices too. Been a patient for almost 3 years.
Skylar was awesome. She took the time to explain in detail why the symptoms were occuring. She went back over the history of my issues and put me completely at ease. After the through exam she gave me advice on what I can do help with the issues and a new prescription for long distance vision. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything! Jim

This was one of the most efficient appointments I’ve had in years. Not only that, the staff was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. I don’t remember the tech (soon to be Dr) that did my eye exam, but she was friendly, thorough and definitely an asset to the practice. I wasn’t aware I was see another physician, I was expecting to see Dr Randall Smith. So when the front desk told me I was seeing someone else, I gringed. But, I pleasantly surprised to have someone who took time to introduce himself, carefully checked my test results and didn’t seem to be so rushed.

Got me in with no notice. I had a potential. Eye emergency... I have been. patient at both campuses and have never felt like the doctor or the assistant did not know what they were doing.
They were able to see me quickly when I had a change in my vision. Took the time to explain r we everything going on with my eye.

My first time visiting with Dr Kirkpatrick. I was impressed and very satisfied with the details of my vision exam.
Dr Alexis Anderson was thorough, professional, attentive and sincere about taking time to explain my diagnosis (Field Vision and Pressure checks) On the other hand, the optical department, in my opinion, has diminished with attentive to cleanliness of the sample frames; some of the frames were in disarray and the cost(range $225-$400+) was medium-high in price, although 30% signs appeared around multiple displays. While waiting to sign in and speak with an optician, I was aware that the three opticians were busy with clients and one of them was engaged in conversation that didn't apply to eyeglass logistics. I get it. The optician was friendly, yet I realize I would have to wait about 15 minutes until I was called to sit down and discuss ordering eyeglasses. So, I left.
I have been going to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado for years, most recently started seeing Dr. Rains. He listened to my concerns and did the appropriate tests when needed. I would recommend him in a heartbeat if you are looking for an OD.
