Clinical Research Study for Open-Angle Glaucoma (OAG) and Ocular Hypertension (OHT)
We will soon begin to enroll participants in the GLR305-E001 study, which is testing an investigational eye drop (a ROCK inhibitor, similar to Rhopressa®) as a potential new treatment for people with Open-Angle Glaucoma (OAG) or Ocular Hypertension (OHT).
About the Study
- The study will last about 30 days.
- The investigational treatment is designed to help lower eye pressure.
Who Can Join?
This study may be a fit if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a diagnosis of OAG or OHT
- Have an unmedicated eye pressure (IOP) between 24–36 mmHg
Why Participate?
By joining, you may gain access to an investigational treatment option while also helping advance research that could improve care for people living with glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with OAG or OHT and would like more information, please contact our research team to see if you qualify.
