LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Providing the best medical care possible and seeing patients in a timely manner are of the utmost importance to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado. Due to the increased demand for appointment times and having long waiting lists for cancellations, it has become necessary to implement a Late Cancellation/ No Show policy for office visits.
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations
If a patient appointment has been confirmed and the patient frequently fails to keep the appointment, it will be documented in the patient’s chart and a fee of $50 will be assessed to the patient’s account and may ultimately result in dismissal from our practice.
