Satisfaction Guarantee

Refund policy: If for any reason you are not happy with your glasses purchase you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of the date of dispense.

Restyle Policy:  If you decide that you do not like your new frames, you can choose to be restyled into a frame of equal or lesser value at no charge or pay the difference in cost for a more expensive frame for up to 30 days from the date of dispense; limit 1 time.

Eye Center Optical Eyeglass Warranty: warranty not applicable to acts of abuse or loss

Frames: will be repaired or replaced for a period of  *2 years from the original date of dispense. Replacement warranty not valid on sale/closeout frames

Lenses: will be replaced due to scratches occuring from normal use for up to *2 years from the original date of dispense.

Replacement of frame and lenses during this time period will be at no charge for the first occurrence and 50% off the current retail price for subsequent relpacements.

* Frame and lenses purchased using Vision Service Plan (VSP) benefits are limited to the following warranty coverage:

Frame and lenses: 1 replacement at no charge for up to 1 year from the original date of order.
