Satisfaction Guarantee

Refund policy: If for any reason you are not happy with your glasses purchase you can get a full refund within 30 days of the date of glasses pick up. There will be no refunds after 30 days.  

Restyle Policy: If you decide that you don’t like your new frames you can choose to be restyled into a new frame any time in the first 30 days from the date of dispense. A restyle can only be done one time at no charge.

 

Eye Center Optical Eyeglass Warranty: New glasses are guaranteed by Eye Center Optical to be of the highest quality materials and free from any defects. Your frame will be repaired at no charge, for a period of two years from date of dispense if there are any defects.

You are also entitled to a one-time replacement at no charge to you if your frame breaks or your lenses scratch during normal use for a period of two years from the date of dispense. This does not cover loss, theft or acts of abuse.

Should you have the need to replace your frame or lenses a second time during the two year warranty the cost will be 50% of the original purchase price.

Lenses that are being remade must be the exact same Rx and options.

 

Doctor’s Rx Change: There is no charge for a doctor’s Rx change within 90 days of dispense. Rx changes past 90 days are full price.
