Dr. Crews grew up in Greeley and attended the University of Northern Colorado for undergraduate studies. He then attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine and graduated with Honors in 1992. His internship and residency were completed at the University of Utah. Dr. Crews then completed a fellowship in retinal disease at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Crews is the only retinal specialist in the tn-cities region. His practice focuses on macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and surgical retina. Appointments by referral only.
